Please record a video while unboxing the package as evidence.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service within 3 days, informing us of the reason for the return or exchange (provide photos or videos) along with your name, order number, and contact number.
After receiving your request, our customer service team will assist you in processing the return or exchange.
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
More than 3 days have passed since you received the product.
The product has been opened or used.
The product is damaged due to human factors, and not due to shipping.
Note: Once the order is paid, it cannot be cancelled.
